Add microgreens to sandwiches, avocado toast, rice bowls and smoothies. Microgreens are typically harvested 1-3 weeks after they’re planted. Studies have shown they can be 40 times more nutrient rich than their mature version. Because they are packed with healing phytonutrients they are considered a superfood.
Microgreens can be grown from any herb or vegetable. Some of my favorites include cilantro, arugula, radish, broccoli and kale. How do you use microgreens?
